Serving Oyo Reps member, Olatoye sugar shot dead by unknown gunmen vanguardngr.com vanguardnews
Olatoye, popularly known as ‘Sugar’ Sunday Vanguard learnt from a reliable source was shot in the eye at Iyana-Agbala area of Ibadan on Saturday by unknown gunmen believed to be sent by his political rival known as Hon. Adigun Ahmed popularly known as “Murphy.”It was reveled to Sunday Vanguard that before the incident, trouble had earlier ensued between the groups loyal to the duo, which finally led to the unslaught of the serving reps member.
Confirming the incident, his younger brother, Oladotun disclosed that the Sugar was was truly shot and was rushed to an undisclosed hospital. But, investigation later revealed that he was rushed to the University College Hospital, Ibadan and died a few hours later following injuries he sustained from the gunshot.
