Nigeria defender, William Troost-Ekong, netted a last-gasp winner in Salernitana’s 3-2 comeback win against Udinese on Saturday.
Troost-Ekong volleyed home with the last kick of the game to complete a remarkable turnaround against his former club. It was the centre-back’s first goal for Salernitana following his arrival from Sky Bet Championship club, Watford in January.The hosts rallied through goals from Grigoris Kastanos and Antonio Candreva.Udinese duo, Isaac Success and Kingsley Ehizibue missed the game as a result of injury.
