Victor Osimhen has said it was important for Napoli to start the defence of their Serie A title on a winning note.
The Partenopei rallied from a goal down to beat Frosinone 3-1 at the Stadio Benito Stirpe on Saturday.The 24-year-old reflected on the victory, while congratulating his teammates.“The opponent gave us a hard time, they are a good side. We have a great squad, and I am happy with this win. I’m happy I scored two goals, we must keep this momentum.”Garcia recently likened the Nigeria international with Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo.
“Everyone’s the leader, we have to take responsibility. We have Di Lorenzo, the captain, Mario Rui, Meret. As I said, we are one group. We want to keep on improving.”
