Chairman of the Senate Committee on Banking, Insurance and Other Financial Institutions, Uba Sani, has said he should be held liable if Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-rufai fails to utilise the recently approved $350 million World Bank loan
for the state on critical infrastructure as promised.
The senator insisted that persons, especially his colleagues from Kaduna State who were in the Eighth Senate and denied Kaduna State the loan, “should be humble enough to admit that they goofed irredeemably”.
