Senate, police strike deal to curb insecurity

The Senate’s closed-session, Tuesday with the acting Inspector-General of Police, IGP, Mohammed Adamu has culminated into far-reaching decisions to curb the high rate of insecurity across the country.But rising from the session, Senate President, Bukola Saraki reeled out on the floor of the hallowed chamber the issues which the discussion was prioritized and the common grounds of agreement.

“The Nigeria Police promised to put more efforts to ameliorate the situation and hoped to address the menace squarely.
