Senate issues deadline to MDAs to defend Buhari’s loan request
Senate on Wednesday issued two weeks deadline to Ministries, Departments and Agencies, MDA, to defend President Muhammadu Buhari’s loan request before the National Assembly.
This resolution followed an adopted point of order raised at plenary by the Chairman of the Committee, Senator Clifford Ordia representing Edo Central Senatorial district. It was gathered that the affected MDAs are the Federal Ministries of Education, Power, Niger Delta Development Commission , Water Resources, Communication and Digital Economy, Health, Humanitarian Affairs and, Agriculture.
