Senate confirms ex-CBN deputy gov. as FERMA chairman
The Senate has confirmed the appointment of a former Deputy Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria , Tunde Lemo, as the chairman of the Federal Road Maintenance Agency .
The members are Buba Silas Abdullahi, Babagana Mohammed, Shehu Usman, Loretta Aniagol, Mujaidu Dako, and Vincent Kolawale. Although the president in his letter described the position of the board members as “executive director”, the Senate Committee on FERMA said it is alien to the FERMA Act.
