Security votes escalate insecurity in Nigeria-ICPC
The idea of security votes has ironically pushed up insecurity in the country rather than diminish it, the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission , Professor Bolaji Owasanoye, said yesterday.
