A former presidential aspirant of the Peoples Democratic Party, Sule Lamido, has urged the President, Major-General Muhammadu Buhari to secure Nigerians.

He stated that the issues raised by the Northern Elders Forum are real and that every Nigerian shares such concerns.In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Lamido reminded Buhari that Prof Ango Abdullahi and Hakeem Ahmed and many more in the NEF had been his loyal troops through thick and thin and had never abandoned him even in defeat.

Lamido wrote, “I urge Mr President to reflect deeply on the statement of the Northern Elders Forum on the state of the nation’s security.
