Saudi Arabia accused of sponsoring Boko Haram
Former president of Benin Republic, Nicephore Soglo, has accused Saudi Arabia and Qatar of funding Boko Haram.
Boko Haram, along with Islamic State in West Africa Province , which is an affiliation of the Islamic State in the Middle-East, has become a major security threat in the West African region. Soglo, who spoke at the constitutional term limits summit in Naimey, Niger Republic, said Africans must stand united to solve their own problems.“Are we friends or not?
