The Nation Newspaper Sanwo-Olu ‘to stop land encroachers’
Families of the late Aransi Lasisi, and the late John Durolaje as well as octogenarian, Michael Ayedun, have written to Lagos State Governor,Lasisi, Durolaye and 82 year-old Ayedun are land owners of Nos. 30, 32 and 34 at Ifelodun Street, Aluminum Village Dopemu, Agege, Lagos State.
He said: “To prevent crisis, Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, was brought in and parties were asked to provide documents to substantiate claims but the encroacher could not provide any even after being served letter of invitation four times.“Aftermath, demolition was carried out by the ministry for illegal erection of shops on peoples’ land on December 21, 2023.
