Samsung has restated its commitment to meet the ever-changing needs of Nigerian consumers, noting that move is a clear demonstration of Samsung’s confidence in Nigeria.

Speaking at its flagship brand store grand opening, the Mobile experience Group Head, Samsung West Africa, Jot Tim-Ayoola, said the grand opening is the second brand store where consumers can experience all Samsung products cutting across consumer electronics, appliances and mobile devices.

“What we do is listen to the consumer, understand their needs and see how much we can address their challenges. These are some of the things we do to make sure that we stay on a competitive edge as much as the economy is still tough while consumers can still enjoy their lifestyle,” she said. “One thing about this beautiful location across the Lekki axis is that it will give access to consumers who live around this axis and who are experiential by nature in terms of making choices before they buy a lifestyle product.

Also speaking, the Founder and Chairman, Rifugio Communications, Dr. Kayode Thomas, said the vision of Rifugio as partners of Samsung is to be a leading mobile and enterprise solution provider, saying that apart from the product manufactured outside the country, everything else is locally sourced.
