Sallah: Police urge Muslims to comply with rules to curb COVID-19
Usman in a statement to felicitate with the Muslim faithful in the state, said the use of face mask, maintaining social distance and avoiding mass gathering must be maintained.
The state police boss noted that while the Eid prayer is to be observed at various Juma’at Mosques, Durba and Horse riding activities are suspended.The Command, according to him, has emplaced adequate security measures before, during and after the Eid period. “The command wants to and assures Nigerlites of peaceful Eid-el-Kabir. Parents/Guardians are hereby admonished to caution their wards against any form of public disturbance as the Command will not hesitate to clamp down on any miscreant who may want to disrupt public peace.”
