Sallah: Police to deploy men in Ogun flashpoints

According to her, adequate security would be deployed in all prayer grounds “to ensure polite and firm screening of ingress and egress of persons, vehicles, luggage, at various official lecture venues.”

While saying there would be crack policemen to ensure a hitch-free Sallah celebration, Odutola disclosed that “anyone or group that has planned to foment trouble does that at his or her peril, and at the detriment of his, or her peace.” She admonished Ogun residents to enjoy the festivity, warning them to avoid disturbances or offending the public.

She stated that the command had “granted permission” to slaughtering of rams only, not killing, shooting.”All rights reserved.
