Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested a salesman, Lucky Otuonye, for allegedly organising robbers to burgle his boss shop in the Ago-Iwoye area of the state.
The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Abimbola Oyeyemi, disclosed this in a statement on Thursday. He said, “Upon the distress call, the DPO and his men swiftly moved to the scene, but the robbers, who stabbed the salesman in his left hand, had escaped with a 32-inch LG plasma television before the arrival of the policemen.
“Some hours after, members of a hunters’ group saw the two men with a plasma television in Awa-Ijebu and they quickly informed the police, who promptly arrested them.
