Ortom in a statement by Terver Akase, his media aide, said Wike and Utsev will bring their wealth of experiences to bear on their new appointments.Wike, the immediate past governor of Rivers state is appointed as the FCT minister, while Joseph Utsev, a former appointee of Ortom, is now the minister of water resources.
