He alleged that the bombing was part of a larger plot by those who he described as “hell-bent to seize the treasury of Rivers State” adding that the act was to undermine the governor’s plans to conduct local government elections. Nnadi called on President Bola Tinubu and security agencies to go after the perpetrators and bring them to justice.
Wokekoro emphasized that the party’s supporters remain undaunted and that the attack has only galvanized their determination to bring about change in Rivers State. Wokekoro commended the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State for his prompt response to the incident and expressed confidence that the perpetrators will be brought to justice.
