Factions of the Rivers State chapter of the All Progressives Congress appear to have returned to the trenches with supporters of Senator Magnus Abe,
The court presided over by Justice Ben White ordered the APC and the party’s caretaker chairman in the state, Isaac Ogbogbula to maintain the status quo.
Whyte gave the order pending the hearing and determination of the motion on notice of interlocutory injunction filed by Stephen Wonah and six others on July 30. The seven claimants in suit PHC/1857/CS/2021 established a case against the APC, and the chairman of the state caretaker committee of the party, Isaac Ogbogbula.
