RevolutionNow: Nigerian students threaten mass action as SSS fail to release protesters in Osun
The National Association of Nigerian Students has reacted to the refusal of the State Security Service to release three #RevolutionNow protesters arrested in Osun on Wednesday.
Another person, Oguntola Samuel, was released on Friday while Olawale Bakare, Abiodun Sanusi, and Olatokun Oyedele remain in SSS custody. Condemning the security agents’ action, NANS in a statement by its Southwest spokesperson, Kazeem Israel, said, the association will stage another protest if the SSS fails to release the detained persons on Monday.
