The Department of State Services has been accused of refusing to be served court papers required to institute a case against the service for the arbitrary detention of Olawale Adebayo, who was arrested for participating in the August 5, 20019 RevolutionNow protest in Osogbo, Osun State.
He said, “We have tried serving them physically many times but they have refused. This is why we are resorting to substituted means as granted by the court.”
