RevolutionNow: Court orders Buhari govt to pay Sowore N200, 000, give reasons
Justice Ijeoma Ojukwu gave the order while faulting Malami for attempting to delay proceedings and proper commencement of Sowore and Olawale Bakare’s trial.Sowore and Bakare are currently facing charges bordering of treasonable felony and cyberstalking.
The Department of State Services, DSS, had arrested Sowore and Bakare after calling for a revolution protest on August 5, 2019, over the alleged failure of the President Muhammadu Buhari-led Federal Government.in the custody of the secret police until December 5, 2019 when he was finally released, despite several court orders granting him bail.
