The Chief Executive Officer of Monikol Nigeria Limited Elder Kolapo Oyerinde has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari not to be distracted from the war his administration is waging against corruption and insecurity rocking the country.
He called on Buhari not to look back in his determination to tackle corruption and insecurity in the country, stressing that Nigeria’s huge population is supposed to be an advantage and potent weapon for its development but because of corruption it has failed to be at par with other developed nations of the world.
He applauded the President for his capacity to take critical decisions in the midst of those he called pretenders who continue to create confusion in the polity, saying God has used the present President well for the development of the country. On the management of corona virus in Lagos State, Oyerinde stated that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has done well, given the fact that the pandemic is new and Lagos has huge population.
He described Lagos performance during this period as a good credential to the Governors party and a plus for those or whoever introduced him to the electorate in Lagos State.
