The Nation Newspaper Relieve underperforming Ministers within six months, APC group tells Tinubu
To ensure delivery of the “Renewed Hope Agenda” a support group of the ruling party, the APC Stakeholders Forum has advisedThe forum noted that the success of the Tinubu administration and the delivery of all the electioneering campaign promises would greatly depend on the performance and otherwise of political appointees, especially the Ministers.
According to Kastina: “We are hereby using this medium to request President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to understand that the success of his administration is largely on the commitment of his ministers. We are requesting you please introduce measures that could help you identify performing and underperforming ministers so you can fire all underperforming ones out of your cabinet. “We can not fire any Minister but we can advise Mr. President.
Kastina noted that since the inauguration of President Tinubu’s cabinet about two months ago, the forum admitted some level of commitment, initiative and hard work of some Ministers in driving the vision of the President.
