The Cross River NMA chairman urged Nigerians to take advantage of preventive measures for their health.
Lamenting the rising cases of heart-related diseases, hypertension, among others, Archibong said the health benefits of regular exercise could not be overemphasised.
According to him, exercise comes with lots of health benefits, it’s being used to prevent diseases such as cardiovascular , hypertension, diabetes and obesity.
