Colleen Hoover's novel 'Regretting You' is being adapted into a movie with Josh Boone, known for directing 'The Fault in Our Stars,' at the helm. The film will explore themes of grief, love, and the aftermath of tragedy.

The movie will be directed by Boone, who is known for helming 2014’sRobert Kulzer will produce the movie for Constantin Film with Brunson Green for Harbinger Pictures, Ann Todd for Frayed Pages Media, and Flavia Viotti. Hoover, who also wrote the 2016 novel“A shocking car wreck takes the lives of two family members, unlocking a series of secrets, lies, and regrets,” Deadline’s description of the plot reads.
