Family and friends are concerned for the man’s well-being and police are asking for help to locate him.
North Cowichan-Duncan RCMP is asking for the public’s help locating a 42-year-old man last seen Tuesday afternoon.
Smith is described as white, five-foot-nine and 225 pounds. He has dark balding hair shaved close on the sides and longer on top.
