Rape: Ekiti to conduct psychiatric test on offenders, publish photos on website
The Commissioner for Justice and Attorney-General of Ekiti State, Barrister Wale Fapohunda, has expressed worries over the increasing number of rape cases recorded in the state despite a high number of convictions.
