Ifeanyi Ejiofor, counsel for the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its detained leader, Nnamdi Kanu, has described the Global Terrorism Index ranking of IPOB as the world’s 10th deadliest terrorist group as a conspiracy between the Nigerian government, its security agencies and foreign institutions.
