Rainstorm kills one, renders over 400 homeless in Ondo

For residents of Akure, the Ondo State capital, it was tears of agony when rainstorm, Thursday wrecked havoc in the town, killing one person.

Also, six persons were critically injured in the storm that wrecked havoc in Olu foam, Omoniyi Estate and Igoba areas of the State capital. Utobo, a retired civil servant said his son died as a result of the injury sustained when the church building collapsed during the rainstorm.
