PUM nabbed at drinking spree instead of staying home for quarantine

TACLOBAN City - A person under monitoring (PUM) for coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was arrested in Gandara, Samar for going on a drinking spree with his neighbors instead of confining himself for quarantine.

TACLOBAN City – A person under monitoring for coronavirus disease 2019 was arrested in Gandara, Samar for going on a drinking spree with his neighbors instead of confining himself for quarantine.PCapt. Joselito Tabada, Gandara Police Chief identified the apprehended PUM as Orian Geraldo, 40, a construction worker, and a resident of Barangay Catorse de Agosto of Gandara town.

Tabada said the suspect was considered as a PUM for having travel history in Valenzuela City in Metro Manila, and just arrived a week ago.
