The abduction was said to have taken place in the early hours of Tuesday morning, at about 1 am.
But what angered the youths and many residents was that those abducted are neighbours with the late District Head of Yantumaki, Atiku Maidabino, who was killed by bandits about a week ago. Sources said billows of smoke has been rising since 6 am Tuesday morning as youths took to the streets, burning tires at various locations.
