A real estate firm, Finn Grey Projects, has donated food items and toiletries to Little Saints Orphanage home in Akowonjo area of Lagos State as part of its social corporate responsibility.
Other items that were donated to the orphanage home were bags of rice, cartons of noodles, spaghetti, toothpaste, drinks, dampers, among others.
Speaking after the donation during the Yuletide celebration, the founder of Finn Grey Projects, Olubisi Shaola, said that the donation of the items was their own little way of giving back to society after working throughout the year and appreciating God had done for the firm. He said that it was Finn Grey Projects’ way of trying to make life better for the less privileged in society.
Shaola added, “The reason we decided to do this was to encourage other people who are looking for a way to give back to society no matter how little. It could be that there is a child on your street who needs to pay hospital bills. You can pay for that hospital bill and school fees. Let’s make this world a better place so that we can co-exist peacefully.
“We are going to embark on doing more by picking a particular place every month by cooking and sharing 100 plates of food.”
