The Presidential Election Petition Court has resumed hearing the petitions challenging the outcome of the 2023 presidential election.

The hearing began with President Bola Tinubu through his Counsel, Wole Olanipekun, who made a reference to the Supreme Court’s decision of Friday, 26th May, that dismissed PDP’s case on the double nomination. However, in response, S.A.T. Abubakar, counsel to APM, said the party is yet to get a copy of the judgement from the Apex Court.
