President Muhammad Buhari has condoled the family of the late board member of the Nigerian Communication Commission, NCC, Alhaji Mukhtari Zimit describing him as a statesman.
Addressing newsmen at the residence of late Zimit in Kano, Dambatta attributed the reform experienced by the NCC in the last twenty years to the contributions of the board which he is part of. “He served the commission at the board level meritoriously for 11 years. So it is befitting now that he is deceased, that the Commission, under the directive of the honorable minister of communication, under the directive of the president and commander in chief of the federation, Muhammdu Buhari, to come and condole the family of the late Alh Mukhtari Zimit.“The main reason of our being here is to come and condole the family of the late Alh Mukhtari Zimit” the Vice Chairman said.
