Some political leaders operating under the aegis of Citizens Network for Peace and Development in Nigeria (CNPDN), at the weekend, called for the state
They described the delay in the burial of the late politician as a national embarrassment and pleaded with the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio to intervene and facilitate a befitting burial.
Speaking at a press conference over the weekend, the National Secretary of the Forum, Francis Okereke Wainwei said, the Senate President should intervene to solve challenges that have led to the unnecessary delay, saying that the late elder statesman cannot be left like that anymore.
