The Federal Capital Territory, FCT Police Command has deployed officers to the Leads British International School in Abuja over alleged bullying of a 16-year-old student identified as Namtira Bwala, in a viral video.
The FCT Police Police Public Relations Officer, SP Josephine Adeh confirmed this in a terse statement issued and made available to DAILY POST on Tuesday. A disturbing video clip that captured a student bullying and slapping her colleague has been generating reactions on social media.
In a bid to forestall possible breakdown of law, the Josephine Adeh said the command deployed seasoned officers to the school premises.
