State police public information officer Trooper Megan Frazer confirmed that troopers were at the property “following up on an investigation.” She could not provide any additional details on Monday. Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo previously said the incompetency ruling for Warfel does not automatically apply to new charges.Details of Kroh’s disappearance have been scarce since the initial investigation began in the 1980s, with her being last seen in her hometown, including at a five-and-dime store across from the town square.
