The Nigeria Police Command in Adamawa State has recovered 11 cows from a councillor who is in custody on allegations of theft of cows.
The Police Public Relations Officer of the state, DSP Suleiman Nguroje, who on Tuesday disclosed the recovery of the 11 cows, added that some accomplices of the councillor had been arrested and placed in detention. He explained that the command had released the recovered cows to the leadership of the Adamawa State chapter of Pulaku Njonde Jam, an association of Fulani cattle breeders, on bond.
