The National Association of Nigerian Students has alleged that the police were responsible for killing of two students of the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti .
The students last Tuesday protested in Oye-Ekiti over incessant power outage in the host community, leading to an attack on Erelu Bisi Fayemi’s convoy while on an empowerment tour of the town. Akpan spoke during a meeting with the FUOYE management, led by its Vice Chancellor, Prof. Kayode Soremekun, on Tuesday.
