The Rivers State Police Command has arrested a suspect in connection with the explosion along the Port Harcourt-Aba Expressway on June 25, 2024.
The 40-year-old suspect, Preye Josiah , alias Metusah , a native of the Kabiama community of Sagbama Local Council of Bayelsa State, was revealed as the mastermind of the explosion.
She said he was identified as the dynamite expert of the gang and was evasive to police arrest until his arrest.
