Operatives of the Ogun State Police Command on Sunday nabbed four members of a notorious armed robbery syndicate in their hideouts.
The suspects; Sukanmi Tajudeen, Habeeb Oladimeji, Sunday Akintunde, and Ishola Samson were reported to have been terrorising the Mowe/Ofada areas in the Obafemi-Owode Local Government Area of the state.
Oyeyemi said the suspects had been on the wanted list of the police command before their eventual arrest.The PPRO said, “The suspects were arrested following an intelligence report received by men of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad about the hideout of the gang at Adesan area of Mowe. “At the end of the operation, the four suspects were apprehended while some members of the gang escaped through the nearby bush.”
