Police: Hoodlums plotting attacks on Kwara banks over new naira policy via xtradotnet

Police say they have found plans by criminals to attack commercial banks in Kwara State because of the trouble caused by the Central Bank of Nigeria ‘s new naira policy. SP Ajayi Okasanmi, the spokesperson for the Kwara State Police Command, said this in a statement on Saturday. He said, “Intelligence available to the command showed that hoodlums have perfected plans to replicate the lawlessness that was unleashed on some banks in some states in the country, owing to the crisis emanating from the naira notes swap.”If you enjoy this story, please do not forget to check out our other news stories:
