Police in Kaduna State have engaged terrorists in their Zaria hideout and rescued three captives. The victims were kidnapped along Kuriga Wusasa area of Zaria Local Council, Kaduna State, but the timely intervention of the security operatives saved them.

Deputy Police Public Relations Officer , ASP Mansir Hassan, stated, yesterday: “While working on credible information, the Divisional Police Officer , Kidandan, and local vigilante groups moved into the forest, which forced the kidnappers to abandon the victims and escaped in to the bush.

INHABITANTS of Birnin-Gwari in Kaduna have raised the alarm over incessant invasion of the community by terrorists, who kidnapped over 44 victims along the Kaduna-Birnin-Gwari highway.
