The suspects on Sunday booed the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado-Bayero, at an event and also called for his replacement with the deposed emir, Muhammadu Sanusi.

The police in Kano State have arrested six persons who allegedly booed the Emir of Kano, Aminu Ado-Bayero, on Sunday.The Commissioner of Police in the state, Muhammad Gumel, stated this on Monday while briefing journalists on the incident.at Kofar Kudu opposite the emir’s palace in the Kano Municipal Local Government Area of the state.

“That group of people were not invited to the event. They were intruders who came on their own, and they must have been sponsored by somebody or a group of persons.
