The officers of the Rapid Response Squad (RRS) in Lagos have arrested Issa Muhammed, a 22-year-old car wash attendant, for allegedly stealing a customer’s vehicle.

Hundeyin said the suspect absconded with a 2012 Toyota Camry handed over to him for cleaning in the Isheri area of Lagos.
