Police Arrest 18 Miscreants In Katsina
Police in Katsina State on Monday arrested eighteen suspected notorious social miscreants otherwise known as ‘Kauraye’ operating in various locations within the metropolitan area.
The spokesman of the Katsina police command, Gambo Isah confirmed this to Channels Television adding that various incriminating exhibits were also recovered from the suspects. “The Command under the leadership of CP Sanusi Buba has yet recorded another tremendous achievement in the fight against the menace of Social miscreants otherwise known as “Kauraye” in Katsina State
“The command had over the weekend succeeded in carrying out sting operations and raided black spots, flashpoints and criminal hideouts in the state,” the statement read in part. A total of 57 wraps of dried leaves suspected to be Indian Hemp, 250 bottles of spirit solution, 25 pieces of Rubber solution, one hacksaw, charms and one long wooden stick known as Gora, among other items were recovered from the suspects.
