Police arraign farm manager over negligence
The police yesterday arraigned a 36-year-old fish farm manager, Ushie Afo, in a Kubwa Grade1 Area Court, Abuja, over negligence.The Prosecution Counsel, John Okpa, told the court that the complainant, Evbuomwon Rapheal reported the matter at Dutse Alhaji Police Station on Sept. 2.Okpa alleged that the complainant entrusted the defendant to manage his fish pond at Papa’s ground, Kubwa, Abuja sometime in February.
