The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) has started an investigation on the cause of death of one of their cadets at Fort del Pilar, Baguio.
Fourthclass Darwin Dormitorio, 20, was reportedly found unconscious in his room on September 18. He was immediately sent to a hospital but was declared dead on arrival.
“Investigation is still ongoing to ascertain the cause and details of his death,” the PMA said in a statement.“He was a treasured cadet of the PMA community. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Dormitorio family,” the academy said. The military academy assured the public that the overall well-being of all their cadets is “constantly and systematically being considered in every aspect of education and training.”
