Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP) in the 2023 elections, has condemned the killing of over 30 persons by gunmen in Plateau state.
Obi, in a Twitter thread on Thursday, said human lives must be treated with every sacredness it deserves, adding that he is deeply pained by the killing.
“The reports of violent attacks by gunmen in the Mangu council area of Plateau state, where many lives, including women and children, have been lost come with grave concern. “Human lives must be treated with every sacredness it deserves, and no Nigerian deserves to die in such a mindless manner.
