Cross River State Governor, Prof Ben Ayade, says an executive order compelling all landlords to plant four trees per compound will soon be issued.
Ayade stated, “We are going to have an executive order to be followed by a bill to the House of Assembly mandating every single landlord to plant a minimum of four trees per house.
